Amy Adams has no problem singing on film -- hey, see "The Muppets" this weekend for proof -- but asking her to do it live in the front of the world? That's another story.

The Oscar-nominee spoke with NY Mag about her role in the new puppet extravaganza, and her experience singing a song from her other big Disney film, "Enchanted," at the Oscars in 2008. Singing "Happy Working Song" all by her lonesome wasn't, exactly, happy work while it was happening.

It's almost like I can't talk about it again, she laughed. "I don't know how I did that. It's the thing that was the most terrifying that I've ever done, and the thing I'm most proud of in my career.

Pinup girl Dita Von Teese announced this week she is releasing a lingerie line available exclusively at Target Australia. It will be available in the Target stores in Australia as well as on the website. There is no word yet as to whether it will be available in the U.S., but we sure hope so.

She performed live in front of a television audience of millions week in and week out on Season 10 of "American Idol," but at the Detroit Lions/Green Bay Packers game on Thanksgiving, Lauren Alaina's nerves got the best of her as she flubbed the National Anthem.

Unlike Christina Aguilera, who, at last year's Super Bowl actually sang the wrong lyrics to "The Star-Spangled Banner," but kept singing, on Thursday, Lauren completely went silent for about five seconds in the middle of the song.

Arriving in style for the designer's latest luxe showcase, Olivia Wilde turned up for Ralph Lauren's Spring 2012 show at the Skylight Studio in New York City today (September 15).

Getting an up-close glimpse at the goods, the "Cowboys and Aliens" stunner took to the front row in a super-sexy, black cut-out jumper, accented by a teal clutch and a pair of black peep-toe pumps.

Meanwhile, the October 2011 Allure cover girl has opened up about her past style faux pas, telling the mag, “I went through this kind of A Star is Born transformation, where they made my hair very blonde, and I got very skinny, and I was like, ‘And now, I fit the mold!’”

Miss Wilde continued, “If I could tell young actresses anything, it would be to just be yourself through and through. I mean, really be hard-core about sticking to your identity, because what makes you unusual is what’s going to assure your success.

This curvaceous artist 22 years old has revealed on several occasions that he feels influenced by music legends, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Etta James and Luther Vandross. And finally during her appearances on American Idol, you can see that a true star is about to take off to fame.

Considered to be a frontrunner in the competition, her elimination came as a shock to judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Steven Tyler, all of whom were visibly upset and vocal. Her best performance in which she sang the song of Stevie Wonder “All In Love Is Fair”, not only attracted great attention from the American Idol voters, but also being praised in various media.

And, according to several music critics, the combination of talent and beauty of Pia is right to win the popular American contest. Only time will tell.
